It's All About Relationships!

Key Distinctions/Insights: Back to this new place - we can start with an exercise of imagining the qualities we would like to manifest into our experience as a way to help dial in a vision of the future.

To answer that, we can take a side track to remind ourselves that the manifest world is really not solid – at the micro level, atoms and molecules which amount to virtually nothing, vibrate in relation to each other – so the manifest world is a universe of ‘relationship’ rather than a universe of ‘thingness’. In addition, these smallest of small behave differently once observed!

Haven’t we already seen organizations flatten – leaders becoming servant leadership and so on. ‘Power and control’ is gradually being supplanted by the relationship cornerstones of ‘love and community’ (where love is defined as “unity”, not the emotion; and community engages humans collaboratively to contribute their unique genius and talents shoulder to shoulder in place of a hierarchy of followers and leaders).
